As always the professionalism and efficiency seems to go beyond what is expected and your team were able to save the day. Your worker met me at St Vincents Hospital and she was delightful. What was impressive is she was able to take direction and quickly understand full shift requirements, especially for a hearing impaired client. She came prepared with notepad and pen to take notes which in itself was fabulous. I saw her manner with my client was very good. Calm, smiling and not condescending and he related well back to her. So big big thanks!!!

I happily recommend the services of Guardian Network and Sandra’s team of helpers. My mother living alone and in her nineties, was greatly assisted and comforted by two different members of Sandra’s staff, Karen and Rita. Both Karen and Rita were very caring, very efficient and willingly went beyond what was expected of them. The male carer selected for the task established an instant rapport with my father and was very experienced and reliable. He was immediately welcomed into the family. There could not have been a better choice. On the managerial side, Ms Sandra Saxby is very knowledgeable, efficient and committed. She always followed up and accomplished what needed to be done. I found Guardian Network to be outstanding and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

My sisters and I would like to thank Guardian for helping so wonderfully with the care they provided for my aged mother who recently died at home.
